We want you to love what you receive. Every item is made with care, and quality is important to us.
If there’s a printing error or visible quality issue, we’ll happily replace or refund your item.

Made-to-Order Policy

All products are made to order, just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept general returns, exchanges, or size-related returns.

We encourage you to review sizing details carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

Product Orders
You may cancel or edit your order using the link in your confirmation email before it goes into production.

Once an order has entered production, cancellations may no longer be possible. After delivery, you have 30 days to contact us about any quality issues.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Donations and tips are final and non-refundable once checkout is complete.

Damaged/Quality Issues

If your item arrives damaged or with a print issue, please email hello@tomdiva.com with:

Photos clearly showing the issue and product tag

We’ll take care of the rest.

Refunds Policies

Product Orders Refund Policy

Refunds, replacements, or reprints are only available for items with verified quality issues. We’re unable to offer refunds for general returns or sizing issues.

Refund timelines:

PayPal: up to 24 business hours

Credit/Debit Cards: 7–10 business days (depending on your bank)

Donations and Tips Refund Policy

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips. 

Locked Messages Refund Policy

Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your locked message. If you have issues accessing the locked message after payment, please contact us at contact@support.tomdiva.com. We’ll be happy to troubleshoot the problem and find a resolution for you.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be calculated in advance.
